For people ready to do
the work, in one focused stretch.
A full day to focus and put full intention into you, where you’re at, and where you want to go. It can be about whatever you need it to be about: a life transition, a pattern you keep repeating, a decision you’re sitting with, or simply a protected space to consider and reflect.
You don’t want a recurring weekly slot. You want to deal with something properly, and then get on with your life.
You’re high-functioning on the outside. Underneath, there’s a pattern, anxiety, a relationship, a chapter of your past, that keeps showing up and you’re done with it.
You’ve had therapy before and you noticed that just as the session got interesting, it ended. You want the room to actually land it.
You want clinical work, not soul-led work. Twenty years of practice, evidence-based, drawn from CBT, EMDR, imagery, somatic and mindful movement, all held by one practitioner.
One day, held inside the three
phases I work with every client.
The hour ends just as things start to go deeper.
Fifty minutes is enough for steady, weekly work. It is rarely enough for the moment a client gets to the edge of something they have been circling for years, and then has to pack it back up and drive home.
A day gives the work room. We can sit with what comes up. We can stabilise, do the actual updating, and have time at the end to properly land it, to walk, to eat, to talk about what you’re taking home with you.
It is the same clinical work, done well, in the time it actually needs.
A clear understanding. A useable
toolbox. A different next chapter.
Your formulation, in your own words
A clear map of how this pattern was built, what's been keeping it going, and what your nervous system has been trying to do for you.
A personalised toolbox
Drawn from CBT, EMDR, imagery, somatic and mindful movement work, specific to you, not generic homework.
An updated story
The version of events you've been carrying, gently updated so it stops shaping decisions you make today.
A plan for the weeks after
What to practise, what to notice, and when to come back for a top-up if you want one. A therapist in your pocket, not a wait for the next slot.
A private setting in the
English countryside.
About me, briefly: twenty years as a psychotherapist and coach, BABCP accredited, trained at Goldsmiths and the Institute of Psychiatry, with experience across the NHS, the Priory and private practice.
What people ask before booking.
Is this therapy, or is it coaching?
It’s clinical psychotherapeutic work, done in a longer format. If we identify, on the call beforehand, that you need a longer-term therapy relationship, I’ll say so. A VIP day isn’t the right fit for everyone.
