My book.

Understand yourself. Heal what holds you back. Live the life you want to live.

Stress isn't always about what's happening around you.

Sometimes it's about what's happening within you.

You might look like you’re coping on the outside while feeling constantly overwhelmed on the inside. Your mind rarely switches off. Your body feels permanently tense. You’re exhausted, but somehow still running.

If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone.

From Stress to DeStress was written to help you understand why stress affects us the way it does, and, more importantly, what you can do about it.

This isn’t another book telling you to simply relax, think positively or try harder.

It’s an evidence-based guide to understanding your mind, your body and your nervous system, with practical tools you can begin using straight away.

Who it's for.

This book is for anyone who feels like they’re carrying more than they should.

Perhaps you’re…
Whether you’re at the beginning of your journey or already working on your wellbeing, this book offers a compassionate place to start.

What you'll discover.

Inside the book you’ll learn:
The aim isn’t perfection.

It’s helping you understand yourself with greater compassion, so you can respond differently when life feels overwhelming.

Why I wrote this book.

After more than twenty years of working with people through anxiety, stress and trauma, I realised something important.

Not everyone is able to access therapy.

For some, it’s time. For others, it’s location, finances or simply not knowing where to begin.

I wanted to create something that could bring the same understanding, reassurance and practical tools I share with clients into people’s everyday lives.

This book isn’t a replacement for therapy.

It’s an invitation to begin understanding yourself differently, and a reminder that meaningful change often starts with one small step.

A book you'll return to.

This isn’t designed to be read once and left on a shelf.

It’s a practical companion you’ll come back to whenever life feels overwhelming, a place to revisit the tools, reflections and insights that help you reconnect with yourself.

Because understanding yourself isn’t something you do once.

It's a relationship you build over time.
