Couples and
relationship coaching.

The same conversations. The same arguments. The same misunderstandings. It doesn’t
have to stay this way.

It probably didn't
start like this.

You love each other, but somewhere along the way you’ve stopped feeling like a team.

Perhaps you’re having the same arguments over and over again. One of you wants to talk, while the other shuts down. Small disagreements quickly become bigger ones. You feel unheard, misunderstood or disconnected, and neither of you knows how to break the cycle.

Relationships are rarely damaged by one conversation. More often, it’s the patterns that quietly build over time.

The good news is that patterns can change.
Relationship coaching

Every relationship is shaped by two stories.

No two people experience the world in the same way.

We each bring our own history, beliefs, attachment patterns and ways of protecting ourselves into a relationship. When life becomes stressful, those differences can create distance, misunderstanding and conflict.

Often, what looks like an argument about today is rooted in experiences that happened long before you met.

Understanding those stories can completely change the way you see each other.

A different kind
of conversation.

You may think you talk all the time, but are you really talking and really listening?

Our work together provides a calm, supportive space where you can slow things down, listen differently and begin to understand not just what is happening between you, but why.

When we understand what’s driving our reactions, communication changes. Compassion grows. It becomes easier to work together instead of against each other.

Sometimes, that conversation becomes the turning point.

Work that's tailored to both of you.

Every relationship is unique, so our work together should be too.

We may work together as a couple, or combine joint sessions with individual sessions where it feels helpful. This allows each person the space to explore their own experiences while also strengthening the relationship you share.

Together, we’ll focus on building healthier communication, deeper understanding and a stronger foundation for whatever comes next.

Whatever the outcome,
the goal is the same.

Not every couple comes to therapy with the same destination in mind.

  • Some want to reconnect.
  • Some want to rebuild trust.
  • Some want support
  • navigating separation with kindness and respect.

There is no agenda beyond helping you both find the healthiest path forward, for yourselves, for each other and for your future.

My approach.

My work combines over twenty years of clinical experience with trauma-informed therapy, helping couples understand not only their relationship dynamics, but also the experiences each person brings into the relationship.

Because when we understand ourselves more deeply, it becomes much easier to understand each other.

Together, we’ll work towards calmer communication, greater emotional safety and a relationship where both people feel heard, valued and understood.
