Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy

MBCT for Depression
Delivered to participants who are not currently depressed. Step-by-step instructions are provided for integrating meditations, mindful movement and cognitive interventions during each of the 8 structured group sessions. Participants are supported and learn to move away from the habitual patterns we can find ourselves in, which can underpin and maintain depression.

MBCT for Life
This is offered to participants from the general population, within a group setting over 8 weeks. It’s practices and techniques are designed to be accessible to all. It guides participants in how to apply their learning in everyday life to manage difficulties, but also cultivate joy, compassion, equanimity and wisdom. It is designed to support people to recognise their potential and flourish.
