A workshop to help you to understand what anxiety is, the different types of anxiety disorder and what you can do about it. Offering useful information, tools and customised strategies, drawing on Neuro science and evidence based approaches, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, that we know work. An opportunity for you to learn about you, your brain and your mental health.
