The Healing Flow is a 60-minute guided experience that weaves together the therapeutic power of free-form journaling, conscious breathing, and emotional release to support inner healing and renewal.
Journalling without guidance can often perpetuate rumination or over thinking, both are detrimental to our mental health.
Rooted in the science of free flow writing(inspired by Dr. James Pennebaker) and the Three Flows of Compassion (as taught by Professor Paul Gilbert), this workshop offers a space with guidance, to explore, express, and gently release what’s been held inside.
Whether you're processing stress, seeking clarity, or simply in need of a personal reset, this workshop invites you into a deeper relationship with yourself — one that honors emotion, encourages self-reflection, and fosters healing through compassion.
What to Expect:
Breathwork practices to calm your nervous system and anchor your awareness
A powerful free-form writing session with optional symbolic release (burning, tearing, or letting go)
A brief teaching on The Healing Flow of Compassion: giving, receiving, and cultivating self-compassion and compassion focussed writing.
The Healing Flow fosters a mindset of clarity and self-compassion, helping you respond to life with intention rather than reaction.
